Rain City Investigations

Your Local Seattle Private Investigator

My Background

I’m a former federal law enforcement officer with over 18 years of investigative training, education, and experience. I served in the public sector for 15 years. I began my career as an Air Force Law Enforcement Officer, where I conducted criminal and civil investigations for 10 years. I separated from the military with an honorable discharge, and am a service-connected disabled combat veteran.

I received a bachelor’s degree in Law and Justice from Central Washington University, completing my studies in just over 2 ½ years. While attending school, I also worked full time as an Investigative Trainee with the U.S. Department of Commerce. Upon receiving my degree, I became an Enforcement Officer for NOAA Fisheries Office of Law Enforcement. As a Federal Enforcement Officer, I conducted civil and criminal investigations for the federal fishing industry. I separated from NOAA and relocated to Seattle to create Rain City Investigations in effort to continue assisting the public with my investigations expertise.

I have extensive training and experience in the following areas:

Fisheries and Maritime Investigations, Background Investigations, Domestic Investigations, Fraud Investigations, Reid Interview/Interrogation technique, Surveillance, and Legal Research.

I consider Seattle my home and I am dedicated to providing service and improving lives for my community. I donate my time as a volunteer at Woodland Park Zoo, where my natural resources experience helps me educate people about local environmental issues. I also volunteered at the Seattle Aquarium, educating people on local fisheries and maritime conservation.

My extensive education, training, and experience make me a highly qualified private investigator -and I am here to assist you.

I am licensed, insured, and a member of the Better Business Bureau (BBB).
